No! We will only send out systems that are very easy to install by the customer, this normally involves drilling holes and fixing the machine to the wall with three or four screws. Fitting instructions are normally enclosed. We also offer an installation service for a nominal fee if required.
All our new systems have a 12 month guarantee! If, in the vary rare instance your machine fails, it will be replaced.
Buddy punching occurs when one employee asks another employee to clock in on their behalf. In some cases, employee #1 is running late or has not arrived to work at the scheduled time, so they ask employee #2 to clock in for them, in the hopes that the manager or supervisor on duty won’t notice the late arrival. Biometric systems prevent “Buddy Punching” completely.
Most basic systems are in stock for immediate despatch, so you’ll normally receive them next day, programmed and ready to use.
